Self Love is the Golden key to All That is. Self Love is such a high vibration that it instantly shifts perception and awareness. . Love your whole self with mind, heart, emotion, spirit and love others for in Divine Love.

See how calm and at peace you are in this moment? Expanding awareness is automatic when you give yourself time and space in meditation. Notice your willingness expands simplicity.
You understand more and more that all are included in the big picture and your heart opens more and more to that picture.
By the calmness and expansion within, willingness to drop all that is not for All, the judge is loosened. The critic is no more. Love, simply love.
